Mosaic Artists of Canada is thrilled to announce its first virtual exhibition entitled HOME. This is a members-only, non-juried, FREE, exhibition. The theme for the online exhibition was chosen by members.

HOME is where stories begin. It may be a landscape we know by heart, the traditions that guide us, a language that binds us, the people we gather with, or a feeling we carry within. Mosaic Artists of Canada invites its members to share their personal interpretations of ‘HOME’ through their mosaic voice. Whether rooted in geography, community, memory, or imagination, each artist explores the theme from their own unique understandings and experiences.

EXHIBITION DATES: October 1-31, 2026

ONLINE OPENING RECEPTION: Thursday October 8, 7pm EST

NOTICE OF INTENT TO PARTICIPATE DEADLINE: MAY 24, 2026

NUMBER OF PIECES ALLOWED: 1-2

SUBMISSION CONDITIONS:

  • You must be an active MAC member, at a minimum between the dates of April 13 and October 31, 2026.

  • The artwork cannot have been included in any previous MAC exhibition.

  • The artwork cannot be more than 5 years old.

  • Every submission will be accepted unless its content is deemed inappropriate or offensive.

  • If your work is for sale, you will be responsible for looking after the sale and shipping.

  • Submissions will be made through a third party website, ArtCall.org.

    • You must be an active MAC member, at a minimum between the dates of April 13 and October 31, 2026.

    • Mosaic categories include: Installations; Wall Hangings; 3D Mosaics; and Micro Mosaics.

    • Artists may submit images or videos of a maximum of two mosaics no later than September 4, 2026.

    • The artwork cannot have been included in any previous MAC / AMC exhibition.

    • The artwork cannot be more than 5 years old.

    • Every submission will be accepted unless its content is deemed inappropriate or offensive.

    • Maximum size of photos submitted must be 4 MB or less.

    • Maximum size of videos submitted must be 25 MB or less.

    • All sales are between the purchaser and the artist and all sales inquires will be directed to the artist.

    • If your work is for sale, you will be responsible for looking after the sale and shipping.
